Decision to be published soon. ka paepaeloa o Hawaiiloa, a private foundation that supports the unity of our nation has also supported the functions of the only complete registry of bonded royal patent data on titles and kuleana claims, holding an estimated 500,000 kuleana claims. The recent theft of those personal properties under the misguided allegation of a "marketing mortgage scam" is in fact a cover up to conceal the illegal siezure of those 500,000 kanaka maoli claims that are insurance claims to be paid by the United States. In order to avoid payment of those claims, they were simply taken on 04/07/09. In the revestment documents stolen, were the open and undistributed bonded probates in which interests remain in the name of the heirs and beneficiaries of the estate, and where interests were being claimed and re-vested to current status in law. The State of Hawaii, Inc. alleges to own these interests that are used for the benefit and revenue of that corporation, displacing inheritance and bonded probate interests from the heirs and beneficiaries for generations. The commercial value of said bonded probates are beyond normal calculations and are based on deposits of gold and silver, earning interests since 1840 through 1917, in escrow accounts held by circuit courts substituting the Hawaiian Postal Savings Bank. (organic act 1900,sec. 75). The koe nae na kuleana o na kanaka ( all jurisdiction, property and rights thereto that are reserved to kanaka) is absolutely real and presents the unity of the people from the very beginning to the far reaches of the future. Every Alii bonded probate holds a 33 1/3 interests for the kanaka written on each bonded royal patent, the interests which belong to the people and should be used for the people, by the people. Do the right thing, shake the dust off of your 170 year old title identifying you and no other, keep your bond of title intact the way King Kauikeaouli intended it to be. e holomua kakou e ko Hawaii pae aina. Stay tuned for the kaa koe nae. See the website: KHPAGOVTREGISTRY.COM
