EKO Hawaii Eco-economical Ko Hawaii Pae Aina Objectives

To reestablish unoccupied EKO-Ecology and Economics of our Constitutional Nation, while maintaining and re creating international relations that bridge interdependencies that provide alliances of peaceful trade, underdevelopment support and high quality education.  All of our islands, over 120 some odd of them within our Royal Patented Archipelago can be self sustaining and reinvigorated to support the nationals of Ko Hawaii Pae Aina and provide a place that is safe to visit, uncluttered and is populated with free nationals with actual civil rights to their own private property, resources and posterity.

“Ecology and economics” do hand in hand in an island nation.

 * There should be no “homeless” nationals

 * Every kanaka Maoli was given property in 1839 by law, and that has never changed.

 * Living and owning property is not a taxable “occupation” involving a foreign office.

 * kanaka Maoli learn to take responsibility for themselves in ownership of property, making living and prospering from revenue that has been de-occupied.

Resources

*Ocean waves

*Fresh water

*Solar & Wind

  *People

  *Mineral, Plant, Animal

Independent Energy

  *solar

  *cyonics

  *battery storage

  *use without depletion/pollution

Give Ecology some time….

In many areas of our archipelago, there are beautiful, dry

Environments,  places where the water source was diverted and ruined by illegal occupants in efforts to internally displace kanaka Maoli based on nationality.

One way we can deal with issues like this and conserve potable and private water resources  is by using air to water machines that require little or no energy  to produce water for drinking, bathing and other domestic needs.  This unit can provide water for a community or a few people.

When camping, enjoying low impact sites, holoholo and on site living while you are building your home(s) on your kuleana owned by you or rented out to your tenant,  there would be a self sufficient renewable resource available.  Beaches  can be cleaner,  piped water from municipal  chlorinated sources can be eliminated and destruction of running streams won’t go dry for  domestic uses. Ecology can regenerate itself once more our watersheds can become reinvigorated, and environmental quality of life can return.

Out of thin Air

In the 1920’s, the U.S. military “liberated” an air water  device from a french farmer who used it to  water his vineyards. He made a stone well with walls that went up about 40 feet, about ft. thick, he placed tiles inside angled towards hot (solar wind) air intakes to create condensation when it hit the cold tiles, water drops would fill the well and the air would escape via lower out-takes on a hilly vantage point. He made spickets and water troughs that irrigated his fields in the summer months when rain was scarce. Knowing solar wind patterns and observance of nature, makes very good sense.

Each Island is self sustaining

By controlling self sufficient economic shared resources island wide, including 2mile ocean zones.

By registering national private and public businesses, abolishing foreign taxation.

By removing contracts that have been occupied

By investing in local education, cultivation of resources and developing low impact or no impact alternatives to commercial tourism.

Building unoccupied economies

*Self sufficient kuleana developement.

*Create Community Alliances.

*Property contracts, lease to non-patentees.

*Actualize ownership and control of economic sources within patented domains, established for private, national and governmental uses.

*Investments is retained at the source.

Illegal occupancy of the revenue and civil rights of kanaka Maoli

The forward  of the illegal “Organic Act” of 1900 stipulates an invalid exchange contract between the self proclaimed illegitimate group, “republic of Hawaii” illegally occupying national revenue and civil rights of kanaka Maoli and the foreign U.S. military in return using the strategic location of Ko Hawaii Pae Aina. A compact that a neutral nation would never have entered, and never will.  The illegal occupant administration is only in place because of this literal assertion and in hopes that the kanaka Maoli never re gain consciousness. The United States are themselves subject to extinction of those illegal “rights” having no more power here than the governor of France. Their presence in our homeland, is only by contract that is breakable by the lawful real owner in interests. By law, all so called not even constituted de facto  “state of Hawaii” employees exist in office that are in the nature of illegal occupancy and the illegally occupied prosperity and property  belong to the vested owners. As soon as kanaka Maoli start to deny the occupancy of their rights, freedoms and liberties – the sooner de occupation will eventually appear. In the meantime, there are no barriers to being a lawful national who is neutral and full of Aloha for Law and Justice.

The Advantages of an Independent Community

The Advantages are unlimited, an indepenent community lives longer, has control over their own developement and improves the environment. The exchange for an independent lifestyle, is giving up support for the displacement of kanaka Maoli themselves.

In Illegal occupancy, the self proclaimed “state” administration group, fabricates contracts that give foreign contractors like NOAA, or U.S. Commercial Fishing fleets the “rights” to deplete Ko Hawaii Pae Aina resources, thereby intruding on self sufficiency of kanaka Maoli. Now, lawful contracts are being made based on original laws balancing community needs with economy.

Known as the “breadbasket” of the Pacific, other countries looked to Ko Hawaii Pae Aina for support. Molokai nui a Hina was at the center of the food source, and her capabilities are all intact. To date, the alleged "state of Hawaii" possesses no power or authority to stop kanaka Maoli from accessing their lawful and Full civil rights. Administrative offices mistakenly called "state courts" do not possess "judicial powers" at all.

Each kanaka Maoli can make a choice to live with limitations on how much money he or she can make, whether or not to live in freedom or false security like welfare or reestablish a liberated economy which respects the kumukanawai (our ecology). Each non Maoli can make similar choices available in all foreign countries.

Instead of feeding an endless need to destroy environment by opting out for imported fuels, loss of cultivation of natural sources and for lower standards of education, let’s start taking ownership, family by family, island by island.

•Kanaka Maoli have always been resilient and capable of achieving amazing feats as a unified force, after taking ownership once again of displaced property, schools of higher education, health and cooperative self sustaining and exchange centers can be established, either created, already existing and supported by tenants in lawful occupancy of kanaka Maoli property.

The Choice is ours to make.

Kanaka Maoli are better informed and are able to seek  options in a lawful and legal manner,  as truly being identified to jurisdiction and denying to support the remnants of  a made up oligarchy “state of hawaii” in their efforts displace and discriminate against  the peaceful nationals of Ko Hawaii Pae Aina, themselves. By taking ownership island wide of our ancestors trust in the future, we stand together as  a Unified Nation.

As we stand upon our lawful rights once again, profit from our own existence and waive the “peanuts” offered to us by the illegal, illegitimate de facto oligarchy “state of hawaii”, we reestablish our home of Aloha.  The advantages of being a free constitutional sovereign citizen who knows absolutely who  he or she is, far outweighs any false sense of “security”,  false “fear” and indoctrination of self –defeat.

E ola mau ka ike la hui o Ko Hawaii Pae Aina a nei, mai ka moku o Keawe a I ka moku o Kanemilohai. Aohe a ponoole ka mea “state of hawaii”, he ole, he ole, he ole mea no.
