This published Index serves to impart necessary legal constructive notice to all and whom are concerned with correct and true information regarding owners, lessees and or tenants within the Royal Patented Domain. This is the only legitimate Index of duly registered and recorded Palapala Sila Nui and Palapala Hooko (Royal Patent and Court Adjudicated Certificates of Title) certified without break or transfer in chain of title made available to the public apart from the original listing of the Mahele Aina (established on June 7, 1839) which can be downloaded from this website or found in the occupied Archives of the [State of Hawaii] group. All titles are certified, scanned and registered by the Royal Repository and Registry of Ko Hawaii Pae Aina; ka Hale Kakau Hoikeana. Palapala koe nae (the kanaka koe nae na kuleana o na kanaka vestment instruments) include Waihona waiwai certificate bonds of ownership. A second index of duly patented titles is updated regularly with the United Nations International Court of Justice as proof of evidence, along with international reports to every mission substantiating the permanent state of non transfer of jurisdiction of our Royal Patented Domain to any false claimant. Any other repository is invalid and instruments purporting to deliver Royal Patents and Court Adjudicated Certificates of Titles incepted within the original jurisdiction may be subject to authentication by the Registrar and Examiner of Titles. All Instruments must be authenticated by autographed seal and bear a registration account number to be valid. Click on "K" to bring up index listing of "K's" starting with the most recent year updated vestment and ownership was registered by the heir/vestee.To submit your documents and instruments for private registration and public notice, please mail one original and one copy to the address listed below here and include a 25.00 voluntary commitment to the Hale Kakau Hoikeana with a self addressed, stamped envelope. One voluntary dollar a page over 25 pages will be added for each instrument or document copied and certified. Submit requests for orders directly to the Registrar's Office by e mail link please.
